Wrong product color sent

I was so excited to receive my new bag, and I will say shipping was fast, but unfortunately, I was disappointed when I was sent the wrong color of bag that I specifically picked out. I will say that the quality of the bag was good, but knowing that the color I specifically picked was one of a kind and was not able to receive it was disappointing. So

Totally wrong color

The pack seems functional enough if I could wear it with anything. I thought it was strange how pastel-y all of the "choose your color" bags were but assumed it was because of the season. I chose a pretty pale teal-green color with lilac accents. It came as KELLY green, like a leprechaun. I have no clothes that match it. If I had gone with the surpr
