  • Use a flexible tape measure.
  • To avoid clothes skewing the measurements, make sure they’re wearing something light and close-fitting, like leggings and a t-shirt (not jeans or a heavy jacket).
  • Ask them to stand up straight with their feet shoulder-width apart.
  • Height: Holding the tape measure vertically, measure their total height from the top of their head straight down to the floor.
  • Chest: With the tape measure parallel to the floor, measure the circumference around the fullest part of their chest.
  • Waist: With the tape measure parallel to the floor, measure the full circumference of their natural waist (at the crease when they bend to one side).
  • Hips: With the tape measure parallel to the ground, measure the circumference of the fullest part of their hips (usually around the top of their thighs, where they connect to their torso).

Best Hiking Pack!!

I love this pack, I use it for hiking to carry mine and my friends water, lunch, emergency kit, and when it gets hot I fold up my jacket and put it in there too! Holds a lot, durable, and lightweight :)

Awesome day pack for traveling
